It all started when…
I have been a rider since my youth. I am enamoured by the horse, it’s spirit, it’s beauty, it’s strength, it’s athleticism, it’s heart and soul. For such a simple creature they have incredible depth, from their sensitivity to a rider, to their playfulness in the herd, horses are dynamic in every sense of the word. My own art is exploring these aspects, through bold color, strong strokes, attempting to mold the horse in a 3D manner on canvas. Pushing towards abstraction, with emphasis on the abstract expressionistic movement. These are constant works in progress….as I am as an artist:)
